CHENNAI –TRIVANDRUM –VSSC ROCKET LAUNCHING CENTRE- PADMANABHASWAMY TEMPLE – TRIVANDRUM – CHENNAI – 4 NIGHTS / 5 DAYS

DAY 01: CHENNAI – TRIVANDRUM (Overnight Journey)
Departure by MAS TVS EXPRESS (Train No.12695) at 1520 hours from MGR Chennai Central Railway Station. Overnight journey. (No dinner will be given).

DAY 02: IN TRIVANDRUM (Overnight Stay)
Arrive Trivandrum railway station around 0745 hrs, on arrival board 49-seater Non A.C. Bus and proceed to hotel. On arrival check- in HOTEL THE SOUTH PARK HOTEL, Palayam, Trivandrum (EARLY CHECK IN HOTEL SUBJECT TO ROOMS AVAILABILITY). Breakfast at the hotel and after breakfast you are free at the hotel till lunch. Around 1300 hrs lunch at the hotel. After lunch around 1430 hrs proceed to visit THIRUVANANTHAPURAM ZOO, ART GALLERY. Return to the resort around 2000 hrs for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 03: TRIVANDRUM – VSSC CENTRE – TRIVANDRUM (ONS)
Breakfast at the resort, after your breakfast, around 0800 hrs proceed to visit VSSC CENTRE (SATURDAY & SUNDAY HOLIDAY) (VIKRAM SARABHAI SPACE CENTRE (VSSC) is the lead Centre of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) under the Department of Space (DOS), Government of India. The Centre is named in fond memory of Dr Vikram A Sarabhai, the great visionary and the father of Indian Space Program. Also, a Test Vehicle is being developed to flight test advanced design concepts like Crew Escape System of Gaganyaan. Recognizing the global demand for a low-cost launcher for small satellites, the centre is fast racking the development of a Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV). VSSC strives to maintain its command in rocketry and satellite launch vehicle design and development). Return to the hotel for lunch. After lunch around 1430 hrs, proceed to visit KERALA STATE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY MUSEUM & PRIYADARSINI PLANETARIUM (Planetarium show timing available at 1030 am, 3.00 pm, 5.00 pm – English program) (MONDAY CLOSED) and after show around 1900 hrs return to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.

DAY 04: TRIVANDRUM – PADMANABHASWAMI TEMPLE – TVM – CHENNAI (ONJ)
Breakfast at the hotel, after your breakfast around 0900 hrs check out the hotel and keep your luggage in CLOAK Room and proceed to visit PADMANABHASWAMI TEMPLE, Trivandrum and after temple visit around 1200 hours return to the hotel for lunch. Lunch at the hotel around 1300 hrs and after your lunch collect your baggages and proceed to Trivandrum Railway station to board your train to Chennai. Departure by ANANTAPURI EXPRESS (TRAIN NO.16824) at 1650 hrs from Trivandrum Railway Station. (Packed Veg. dinner will be given at Tirunelveli station) Overnight journey.

DAY 05: ARRIVE CHENNAI:
Arrive Chennai Egmore railway station around 0740 hrs.
