DAY 01: CHENNAI – BANGALORE (OVERNIGHT JOURNEY)
Departure by MAS SBC MAIL (Train No. 12657) around 2250 hrs from Chennai Central railway station. Overnight journey. (No dinner will be given).

DAY 02: BANGALORE – CHIKMAGALUR (OVERNIGHT STAY)
Arrive Bangalore railway station around 0440 hrs. On arrival, board 47 – Seater Non-A.C. Coach and transfer to Chikmagalur (Distance from Bangalore to Chikmagalur 243 km- 4 hours 30 minutes journey). Enjoy the road trip and gaze at the enchanting beauty en route. On arrival in Chikmagalur, check in CHIKMAGALUR HOME STAY & RESORT/SIMILAR. Breakfast at the resort. After breakfast you are free at the resort for indoor and outdoor activities. Around 1230 hrs lunch will be given at the resort. After breakfast you will go for the sightseeing tour to visit BABA BUDANGIRI HILL, which is also known as DATTATREYA PEETA. This mountain range of Western Ghats is a paradise for nature lovers. From here you can witness the spectacular vistas of Nilgiri Hills and enjoy photography by capturing stunning landscapes. Later on, you can move to MANIKYADHARA WATERFALLS to admire its beauty. This waterfall holds religious significance for Hindus as well as Muslims. It is believed that bathing in the water of the cascade can cure various ailments. Enjoy the splendid view of the surrounding natural beauty and rejuvenate amidst serene environs. After exploring these beautiful places you will return back to the resort for Dinner and Overnight stay.

DAY 03: CHIKMAGALUR – KEMMANGUNDI – CHIKMAGALUR (OVERNIGHT STAY)
Breakfast at the Resort, after breakfast transfer to Kemmangundi and proceed to visit KALHATTY WATERFALLS, which is located on the headwaters of the river Sharavathi. This beautiful cascade is located amidst lush greenery and water falls from Chandra Drona Hill from a height of 122 m. There is a temple situated in front of the waterfall namely Veerabhadreshwara Temple that is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Seek blessings at the temple and spend some time amidst serene nature and then head towards KEMMANGUNDI PEAK. The peak is situated at 1,434 m above sea level. Trek to Z Point and to reach there you need to hike on a steep uphill slope. The trek would take around 50 minutes. Enjoy the spectacular view of the lush vegetation, mountain streams, and gushing cascades. Witness the stunning sunset from Z Point and capture amazing clicks. Lunch will be given at local restaurant. After lunch proceed to visit the HEBBE WATERFALLS. Located inside the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, Hebbe Waterfall is among the most beautiful falls of Karnataka. After visiting the waterfall, return to the resort. Dinner at the resort and overnight stay.

DAY 04: CHIKMAGALUR – BANGALORE – CHENNAI (OVERNIGHT JOURNEY)
Breakfast at the resort. After breakfast complete the check-out formalities and around 0830 hrs proceed to Bangalore. Arrive Bangalore around 1300 hrs, on arrival lunch will be given at MANPHO BELL HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTER / SIMILAR. After lunch proceed to visit LALBAGH GARDEN AND LOCAL SHOPPING. Around 2100 hrs dinner will be given at the hotel. After dinner proceed to Bangalore railway station. Departure by CHENNAI MAIL (Train No. 12658) at 2240 hrs from Bangalore to Chennai Central. Overnight journey.

DAY 05: ARRIVE CHENNAI
Arrive MGR Chennai central railway station around 0415 hrs.
