DAY 01:    CHENNAI – CALICUT (Overnight Journey)

Departure from Chennai Central Railway station at 0420 hrs by MAS MAQ EXP. (TR.NO.12685) to Kozhikode (NO DINNER WILL BE GIVEN).

 

DAY 02:    IN CALICUT (Overnight Stay)

Arrive Calicut railway station around 0307 hrs. On arrival board 49-seater Non-A.C coach to proceed to resort. Check-in VASCO DA GAMA RESORT & SPA, CALICUT (3*** Category, Air-Conditioned Rooms). (FOR EARLY CHECK-IN PURPOSE, WE WILL ALWAYS HOLD 2 NIGHTS HOTEL STAY INSTEAD OF 1 NIGHT TO ENABLE US TO CHECK IN ON ARRIVAL, OTHERWISE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE TOUR ITINERARY). Around 0800 hrs Breakfast at the resort, after breakfast around 0900 hrs proceed to visit REGIONAL SCIENCE CENTRE AND PLANETARIUM WITH 3D SHOW and after the museum visit return to the resort for lunch. Around 1330 hrs lunch at the resort. After lunch around 1500 hrs proceed to CVN KALARIPAYATTU CEMTRE. KALARIPAYATTU SHOW WILL START FROM 1600 TO 1700 HRS (1HR SHOW)

Kalarippayattu is an Indian martial art that originated in modern-day Kerala, a state on the southwestern coast of India
The one-hour evening performance show of Kalarippayattu in Kochi includes showcasing body control, flexibility, and various forms of exercises.
This show showcases their fighting skills with bare hands and metallic weapons like swords, spears, shields, and others.

Maximum number of persons allowed in a show – 50 pax.

Around 1900 hrs return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

 

DAY 03:    CALICUT – CHENNAI (Overnight Journey)
Breakfast at the resort and after breakfast around 1000 hrs check out the resort and keep your baggage in Cloak room and proceed to visit PAZHASSIRAJA ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM AND GOVT.  ART GALLERY WITH 2D SHOW. After the show, around 1230 hrs return to the resort for lunch.  Around 1300 hrs Lunch at the resort and after lunch around 1500 hrs collect your baggages and proceed to Kozhikode railway station to board your train to Chennai. Departure by MAQ CHENNAI MAIL (TR.NO.12602) at 1730 hrs (VEG. PACKED DINNER WILL BE GIVEN).

 

DAY 04: CHENNAI

Arrive Chennai Central railway station around 0610 hrs.
