DAY 01: ARRIVAL JAMMU RAILWAY/ AIRPORT – KATRA. (50 KMS)(ONS)
After arrival at Jammu railway station / airport, meet our representative, he will guide you and take you in a private car from the railway station to the Katra hotel. On reaching Katra check in at the hotel and take some rest. Later on dinner & overnight stay at Katra hotel.

DAY 02: MATA VAISHNODEVI DARSHAN- KATRA STAY. (11 KMS TREK) (ONS)
Today, leave for the Darshan of Mata Vaishnodevi shrine. You can reach the shrine by trekking 11 kms, or by horse, Pony, doli or by Helicopter. Helicopter guests can manage their own by advance booking from Shine website 2 months prior to travel. Otherwise it seems difficult to get Helicopter ticket. The tickets are available only on the website i.e. www.maavaishnodevi.org after completing Darshan return back to the hotel for dinner & night stay.

DAY 03: KATRA – PAHALGAM. (260 KMS) (ONS)
Morning leave from Katra hotel and drive to Pahalgam by road. It will be a long drive. En-route brief stopover at Patnitop & Ramban. En-route, visit the saffron fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantipuram), and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds). The total distance is about 96 kms, and will be covered in about 3 hours. En-route, visit the saffron fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman), and enjoy the beautiful countryside. On arrival check in at the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 04: PAHALGAM – SRINAGAR. (95 KMS) (ONS)
Today, have your breakfast later on, you can spend some of your time at Pahalgam enjoying the beauty, & you can also complete your remaining sightseeing. Here you can also visit many breathtaking places like Betaab Valley, Chandanwari & Aru Valley (In local taxi). Later on leave back to Srinagar. After reaching Srinagar you can enjoy the Shikara ride in Dal Lake. Here you can see the floating vegetable gardens in Dal Lake. Enjoy the leisure of the evening. After Shikara at Evening check in to Srinagar Houseboat. Have your dinner and night stay at the House boat.

DAY 05: SRINAGAR LOCAL SIGHTSEEING. (35 KMS) (ONS)
Today at Srinagar you have a full day to enjoy. After breakfast, get fresh. Later on you will leave for local sightseeing in Srinagar. You can start from ShankarAcharya Temple, later & you will visit Cheshmashahi garden, Parimahal garden, Botanical garden of Kashmir; also you will visit Mughal gardens of Kashmir like, Nishat garden & Shalimar garden. Later in the evening return back to Srinagar hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 06: SRINAGAR – GULMARG – SRINAGAR. (56 KM DAY TRIP) (ONS)
After breakfast leave from hotel & drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The drive past colourful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometres to Gulmarg. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feets and dominates the entire region. Later we will begin a short tour around the meadow familiarising ourselves with the beauty. In Gulmarg we will board the Gondola cable car system, and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range. The 08 minutes of ropeway will take you past colourful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so and later do some horse-riding to the strawberry valley. Evening return back to Srinagar for a night stay.

DAY 07: SRINAGAR AIRPORT DEPARTURE. (15 KMS)
Today morning have your breakfast and later on pack your bags and get ready to be transferred to Srinagar Airport to catch a flight for an onward destination with sweet Holiday memories.
